METHOD MAG

Method is a 3-dimensional concept: our aim is to show you the absolute best snowboarding in print, motion, sound and interactivity. It means that if you read about your favorite rider in the magazine you will not only be able to see him riding on the Method.TV as well, but also sometimes asking him questions on the web - or even win his board!

Method is distributed throughout 19 countries in Europe. Most of the TV content is in English, the website is also available in English and the printed magazine comes in English, French, German and Italian.

A BRIEF HISTORY OF METHOD

1994: Right at the start of the internet revolution, with only 1000 domains registered worldwide, Founder Cale Eriksson launches Methodmag.com, the first pan-European snowboard website.

2000: Methodmag v.1.1 - the first pan-European snowboard video magazine. For the first time, Europe has a platform for presenting its riders, contests, national scenes, and brands.

2003: Method DVD/Mag/Web is born: the first ever combined snowboard DVD, magazine and website - the 3D concept. Watch/Read/Interact Methodmedia releases 4 x 30,000 DVD/magazines (v.4.1 - 4.4) during the winter season.

2006: Anticipating real world trends, Method moves all video content online, launching www.method.TV - snowboarding's first online TV station. With a global audience now able to tune in, viewing figures instantly exceed the DVD. DVD IS DEAD.

2010: Sensing a major paradigm shift in print publishing, Method Mag is now available entirely for FREE at the best and most core shops across Europe, printing 40,000 copies in four languages.

2012: As the digital revolution continues, Method Mag remains the most progressive, trusted and core European snowboard media platform out there, in print, online and on video.
