Snowboard Garden Festival Grenoble

Location

For the second edition, the Snowboard Garden Festival will once again take place under the trees
of the Parc Paul Mistral in Grenoble on 11th, 12th, 13th of October.

Last year, 15.000 people visited the Village in 3 days. A wide public gathered to share on snowboard
culture, among which 6.000 people who attended to the screenings of films specifically selected for the Festival 2011 under a 600m² pavilion.

All in all, 13 films made by French, European and international independant productions were shown,
as well as 3 films made by brands. international pro-riders and most of French pro-riders came to
the SGF to present their films, meet the audience...

About 30 events took place in the Village : games and fun activities, exhibitions, street art
performances. The public enjoyed a multitude of free interactive activities that encouraged them to
share with partners, exhibitors, riders...

In 2012, the concept will evolve to turn the Village into an authentic place to live that is friendly and
accessible to the greatest number of people. Public, pro-riders, brands will be on the same page and will
share ideas about snowboard culture.
