Kitzsteinhorn is ready to start into the new freestyle season on Friday, October 17, 2014. The Glacier Park will open with a small but varied set-up on 2,900 m sea level. At Salzburg County’s only glacier, two lines with kickers, rails, and boxes will provide some early-season freestyle fun. Only two weeks later, the first event will take place: it’s the Kitzsteinhorn Season Blast from October 31 to November 2, 2014!

Kitzsteinhorn near Zell am See-Kaprun, Austria, is currently working on the first snow park setup at the Glacier Park. From October 17, the park will present an Easy Line (Rainbow Box 5m, Butter Box Straight 6m, Kicker 2- 4m & 4-6m as well as a Buter Monster 7-8m) and a Jib Line (Stairset, Easy Tube 6m, Industry Down 8m, Up Down Rail 10m, Tube Pyramide 6m). The set-up will be extended in the following weeks. From December, the massive superpipe as well as Central Park, Easy Park and the Railgarden Lechnerberg will provide for even more fun in the snow.

From October 31 to November 2, 2014, Kitzsteinhorn Season Blast will kick off the series of events at Kitzsteinhorn. Highlights of this weekend session at Glacier Park are the Nitro Test Days, the Nitro & Volcom BBQ, the rail battles CASH FOR TRICKS hosted by Nitro-Pros as well as the KITZSTEINHORN SNAKEPIT.
