Due to the many requests from girls, The Girlie Snow Camps has decided to organize one extra camp this spring, during the Easter week. The Camp will take place at the same time as the "Spring In The Park- event, the 10th-16th April, in Garmisch Partenkirchen, at the Southern part of Germany. The Camp will be fully concentrated on park riding at the newly opened Terrain Park Zugspitze. Snowboard stars will be flown to Garmisch directly from the Roxy Chicken Jam event in Switzerland and pros like Tina Birbaum (SUI), Kjersti Buaas (NOR) and Leslie McKenna (UK) will be on spot to give the girls some useful tips.

"Bringing riders of tomorrow to the world's biggest girls only snowboard event series makes total sense. The format of Girlie Camps offers rookie riders a good possibility to come closer to competition snowboarding and also offer packages to girls that just want to enjoy the atmosphere. Together with the people from Girlie Camps we set up an après contest shoot / camp at Zugspitze(GER) that brings the campers together with the pro riders after the Roxy Chicken Jam in St.Moritz. Hopefully next year there will be a Girlie Camp in combination with the next edition of the Roxy Chicken Jam. Roxy is supporting both ideas!"  Matthias Hofmann, Mellow Constructions
