Many board companies are putting neat words and fun slogans on the bottom of their decks to remind people of something very important and the new Academy Propaganda is no exception. Yeah, like the board says. Legalize it! I personally can't believe it isn't yet and everyone still treats it like a crime while they have plenty of friends that do it. All those people can't be criminals, can they? I think not. They're just having fun with their friends. Is it a crime to have fun?
Some people prefer long ones, some roll with short ones. Some just do it in the streets, while others prefer the peace afforded by the woods. People obviously use it to get high. But when people decide to do it in public areas like schools they get chased out by parents, security and rounded up by the police. Let the kids see them doing it. I know plenty of kids that like it.
I've seen kids as young as eight years old having fun with a pipe. It gives them something to do after school and on the weekends. People are contstantly stigmatized for it and end up forced to do it secretly in the park after dark, where there might be real criminals hanging around. It's up for discussion, if it's bad for you or not and does it cause long term damage to your brain and body...
All I know is that the people I see using it are laughing the whole way through. Can it really be that bad? Some even say that their happiness depends on it, it cures their depression and helps them escape this sick, sick society... Even some cops and lawyers do it on the weekends with their kids. It's pretty obvious what this board is all about: legalize snowboarding! It's good for you!
What's that? Oh, the board isn't talking about snowboarding? It's talking about the kind herb? Please, you know I'm healthy and high as a mo-fucker, legalize that shit too!
Anyway, sorry for the digression, if you want some actual constructive info about the Academy Propaganda just check out the videos below, with the full 411 from the people that ride this badass deck with a friendly flex and mega pop.
