"I just changed from Santa Cruz Snowboards to a new snowboard brand called Static Snowboards. The brand is coming from Italy and the US, and I got my own promodel for thid upcoming season. The name of my pro model is Risk - it reflects my riding style. It's got a little harder flex crossed with carbon on the nose and tail and it's super light. It's perfect for pipe, big jumps and the backcountry."

Boyens was born in Hamburg, Germany, and now lives in Saas Fee. He's jumped on the TTR World Tour in the past, and spends time inbetween comps killing it around the globe and collecting footage.
