Exclusive X-Trail footage this weekend on Method.tv

Snowboarders around the globe this weekend will no longer sit on their hands and wait patiently for news on the TTR 6Star Nissan X-Trail in Tokyo to filter from Japanese media to a reachable platform. Method.tv will have exclusive fresh video footage and reports available to the world before others by Sunday morning, European time.

Video reports on the event, as well as the current TTR World Tour leader results, are scheduled to be posted on Method.tv and Methodmag.com first thing Sunday, December 9, and Monday, December 10. No other snowboard media platform in the world outside of Japan will have exclusive non-Japanese footage.

"I'm stoked to be editing one of the most highly-regarded events of the season," says Method.tv co-producer, Richard Prendergast. "Whatever we get, I know it will be solid material to work with and deliver to our audience."

The Ticket To Ride (TTR) World Snowboard Tour, the largest group of independent freestyle snowboard events in world, teamed up with media partner Method.tv to develop a plan able to deliver timely reports for the Nissan X-Trail. In the past, footage of TTR events held in Japan was stalled from international release until Japanese media passed along broadcasting material.

Copyright laws prohibit access to Method.tv videos and reports for fans living in Japan, yet any person outside of Japan can view these sites at any time. Combine fans in Japan catching action via Japanese media with the rest of the world tuning in to Method.tv, coverage on one of the biggest events of the season will truly have a global audience watching.
