What is Alycium all about you may ask? Alycium is family, friends, and the reason we all were drawn to skating, riding, and surfing. We are all immersed in the lifestyle! Each one of us enjoys his own expression and the ability to realize and appreciate something the average citizen knows not! It's not some megalomaniac condition, but awareness shared amongst only those who partake and indulge in those sports, it is a subconscious clique of sorts. The Alycium spur is a symbol of what they do, an embodiment of what was experienced early on before the industry was taken over by commercial America. Alycium is giving what is lost back! In an industry so preoccupied with growth and greed, neglecting what it's founders intended, Alycium is here to refocus on fun! Created out of the hard work and surrounding our love of this life, Alycium is family, friends, and living life for the sports that shape and save us!
Who is the family? Their crazy-talented snow team consists of Chad 'Chopper' Otterstrom, Mike Casanova, Ryan Thompson, Seth 'Dirty' Bruce, J.J. 'Junior' Johnson, Curt "Busey' Sorenson, and Ralph Samson. On the skate side, Dave Nelson, Micah Hollinger, Robin Harper, and the new young one, Josh White, hold it down! Other people helping out the cause include Jeff Nelson, Sam 'Squatch' Dayton, Madison Ellsworth, Nic Drago, and Jeff Hueser just to throw out a few.
Enough claiming, what do they make? Alycium is a streetwear clothing company of skaters and snowboarders who started giving back to the sports that fuel their lives. The project is in its third year and has an insane following! Alycium's success is attributed to their identifying spur symbol and the athletes' support.
Finally, riders establish a company with the intention of changing ever-growing greed! Join the movement and support Alycium! Trust me, you want to be part of it.
The collective of product is now available online and in very limited specialty skate/snow/surf shops nationwide. Spread the word and support a crew that believes in what you do. Be apart of what Alycium is by visiting www.alycium.com.
