Snowboard and music action gets set to move the Ticket To Ride (TTR) World Snowboard Tour as TTR FOUR(4)STAR event, Xbox Big Day Out opens its doors to European riders and DJs in Val D'Isere, France, 25th February- 01st March, 2007.
Now in its tenth year, the Xbox Big Day Out aims to be the biggest yet. Qualifications start on 26th February with night session Finals on 01st March. A killer slopestyle set-up awaits the cream of Europe's well-known and upcoming snowboard talent as nothing bar gravity holds back each rider from gaining a contest win and up to 700 TTR Ranking Points.
The invited rider line-up include TTR World Snowboard Tour Champion 05/06 and current TTR World Nr 12, Mathieu Crepel (FRA) who joins a strong local French field with the likes of Jean-Jacques Roux (FRA) & Bruno Rivoire (FRA). Scandinavia is well represented by the smooth Fredrik Austbo (NOR), Hampus Mosesson (SWE) and fresh from Finland Aleksi Vanninen (FIN), Jaakko Ruha (FIN) & Markku Koski (FIN). The British entourage packs the solid Danny Wheeler (GBR) who aims to make a strong impression on the judges.
