The snowboard industry mutates more than any other I know. People start little brands, crews, production companies, magazines on a whim, just because they like snowboarding. Big brands that have been around for years can just as easily fall. But the passion is so strong that if one project falls the bricks are often used to build another project, maybe with a different approach or whole fuckin' new plan. Last year we thought we had lost Factor Films...
..but like powder-hungry zombies they have returned! The passion and the people of Factor have re-materialized as a hat brand: Hoppipolla. All the beanies and other products are made of quality yarns and materials, and designed in collaboration with their friends and team including killers like the Helgasons, Staale Sandbech and Gjermund Braaten (the official team will be announced soon). The Fall-Winter 10/11 collection includes 6 different styles in various colorways and will be released in only a few selected retailers from mid-October.
