"Thredbo Ambassador and Aussie snowboarding legend Jye Kearney first strapped into a snowboard on Friday Flat when he was 10 years old. Although born on the sunny Gold Coast, Jye’s love of snowboarding developed when his family moved to Jindabyne in the Snowy Mountains.
